On May 19th Malaak baked opened its doors to share the oven with friends. It was a very fond experience.

We were visited by 6 friends from different parts of the world. Some knew each other, others didn’t, but at the end of the day, after sharing this experience and spending a great afternoon together, each one made at least one more good friend.

Attendees participated in the preparation of their own food; They began by learning about the ingredients and spices brought from Lebanon in order to achieve the authentic flavors of Lebanon.
